Sandra Benitez — founder, Queen Bee, and the standard every clean is held to — didn't stumble into this industry. She was born into it. Her family has spent a combined 60 years in hospitality and service, learning what it really means to walk into someone's personal space and treat it like your own.
What they kept seeing was an industry that had lost the plot. Higher prices, lower standards, and worker bees who were undertrained and overrushed. Sandra knew the hive could be run better.
